RULES OF PARTICIPATION

 

• Participation is open to high school students (ages 14 to 18) interested in debating current worldwide issues. 

• Schools completing Form I must also submit a transaction receipt of the non-refundable deposit of 65€ (registration fee).
  
  Guidance to registration
  The minimum number for a delegation comprises of 5 delegates, one in each GA Committee. Delegates in any other specialised committees will be additional to these 5.
  
  If you are a new school registering to our conference for the first time, we will be able to allocate you 1 delegation (1 country) with a position to GA committees, specialized agencies and 4 youth assembly positions.
  
  If you are a returning school to our conference, we will be able to allocate you up to 2 delegations (2 countries) + with positions to GA committees, specialized agencies and 4 youth assembly positions.
  Any withdrawals after the submission of FORM II cannot be refunded.
  
  DEADLINES
  
  Form I will be active from the 15th of October to 15th of November 2026.
  
  Form II, whereby all delegates are formally registered, will be active from 15th of November to the 10th of December 2026.
  
  Upon completion of the form, schools must deposit the full amount for participation by the 15th of December 2026.
  
  Student officers and Advocates need to complete their payments separately. No refunds will be granted once they have accepted the position in case of withdrawal or in case they are replaced due to not fulfilling their obligations.
