Form 1: Deadline to complete Form 1 is the 15th of October 2023

Form 2 and full payment: The deadline to complete form 2 and the payment is the 30th of November 2023.

Student Officers: 25 euros

Delegates: 55 euros

School Registration: 55 euros

Advisors: Every first advisor is free. Every other advisor will be charged for 55 euros.

Refund Policy

Please make note that after a bank deposit has been made there will be no refund of conference fees to any delegates or schools, for any reason.
