Secretariat Applications: Closed

Student Officer Applications: Open 12th of May-12th of June
Student Officer Interviews: Held on 20th June (in person)
 

Form 1: Deadline to complete Form 1 is the 15th of November 2026

Form 2 and full payment: The deadline to complete form II is 10th of December 2026. Full payment deadline is the 15th of December 2026.

FEES
 

Student Officers: 30 euros

Delegates| Judges: 65 euros

School Registration: Early bird: 65 euros | Past the deadline: 80 euros

Advisors: Every first advisor is free. Every other advisor will be charged for 65 euros.

REFUND POLICY
 

Please make note that after a bank deposit has been made there will be no refund of conference fees to any delegates or schools, for any reason.

Should any changes regarding delegates or officers be requested after deadline for payments (eg switch of delegates, change of name spelling), there will be an additional late change fee of 5 euros per person
